CLAP is a for-profit organization that brings both parties with complementary interests together on one platform. CLAP stands for Caishen, Lakshmi, Abundantia, Plutus, God, and Goddess of Wealth, Prosperity, and Abundance from ancient Chinese, Hindu, Roman, and Greek mythology, respectively. Currently, CLAP is endorsed by EMMA Foundation, a US-based 501(c) philanthropic organization.
CLAP's goal is to bring the top 1% private equity and other investment opportunities to its HNWI and UHNWI members. CLAP also brings other deals to smaller investors and all 7-tier individuals. Extensive due diligence is performed on investment opportunities and entrepreneurs before declaring them as "The top 1%." These investment opportunities are confidential and exclusive information for its members. CLAP mentors’ doctors, engineers, scientists, small business owners, STEM professionals, and other entrepreneurs on investing and business, emphasizing topics not readily found on the internet. CLAP invites startup ventures, syndicators of private equities, and fund managers, Reg. D 506(b) & (c), to join the club.

As CLAP is an investment club and does not have its own syndication or deals to sell, we are allowed to present outside deals, private equities to our club members.
